League AGM
The League AGM will take place on Saturday 26th June at East Midlands Airport
I am writing to confirm that the Annual General Meeting of the Midland Women’s Combination League will take place on Saturday 26th June at the Thistle Hotel East Midlands Airport at 12:00
I would like to remind clubs that they are entitled to send up to two representatives to the meeting, failure to attend will result in a £50 fine in accordance with League Rule 6. (H); these representatives must be named Officers of the Club (ie Club Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer etc). Therefore, I would be grateful if you could advise who will be attending the AGM on behalf of the Club, by no later than Saturday 12th June 2010.
A copy of the proposed FA standard rule changes are attached. In accordance with League Rule 19, if your club would like to propose any Rule alterations for the 2010/2011 season, please ensure that these are forwarded to me by no later than Saturday 5th June 2010. These alterations should be in the following format:

I have also enclosed a form on which I would be grateful if you could signal your intention to enter a Reserve Team in the Midland Reserves Section for Season 2010/11. Current indications are that the Reserve Section will be substantially better subscribed and more competitive this coming season.
An agenda and supporting paperwork for the AGM will be forwarded in due course.
